Forgot your wallet? No worries — with your digital wallet on your phone or smartwatch, you can quickly and conveniently make payments on the go. Tap-and-go is available for payments up to $100. (Transactions greater than $100 will require you to enter your PIN.)

PayID

Payments are simpler with PayID. A PayID is a unique identifier that links directly to your bank account, such as your mobile number, email address, business name or ABN. 

You can set up your PayID through your mobile app or internet banking. No longer do you have to type out and share your BSB and Account details — PayID makes splitting a bill, or receiving a payment simple, instant and smooth.

How do I set up PayID? 

Log into Internet Banking or the App

  1. Go to 'PayID Settings' and select 'Create PayID'. 

  2. You can register your mobile number or email. 

  3. Verify your identity using the code we send.

  4. Your PayID is ready for use. 

You can create multiple PayIDs for different accounts.
