Upload your image to your Facebook and/or Instagram and tag @brokenhillbank before 5.00pm ACST on 17th March 2025.

Conditions of Entry:
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – Broken Hill Bank St Patricks Race Day Cash Giveaway
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences at 9.00am ACST on 15th March 2025 and closes at 5.00pm ACST on 17th March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. To enter, participants must share an image of themselves using the promotional frame board* and tag Broken Hill Bank in the image via Instagram and/or Facebook. Entries submitted after the deadline will be ineligible. The winner will be the owner of the Instagram or Facebook account of the image selected.
4. There is one (1) prize to a total value of $500 to be won. This prize will consist of a $500 cash payment, transferred to an eligible Australian bank account. The winner must provide bank account information including verification that bank account name matches the winner’s Instagram or Facebook account name. Broken Hill Bank reserves the right to request verification of account ownership.
5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other goods or services. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
6. The prize draw will take place at 10.00am ACST on 18th March 2025 at Broken Hill Bank.
The winner will be drawn at random. The prize winner will be notified by social media. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 2 Chloride Street, Broken Hill NSW 2880 on 2nd June 2025.
8. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless from any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner and companion’s acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
